Laurel took our wedding pictures and we have had so many compliments on them!  I am so thankful that we made the choice to have the "best" take care of creating memories that we will treasure for many years.  Thank you and we plan to have more pictures taken soon!

With all the busy planning and preparation for our wedding, all I can remember about it is worrying whether everything would go as planned! Luckily, Laurel made sure everything about that special day was captured beautifully! I thought a photographer would just show up the day of the wedding and snap a few pictures, but she was experienced enough to think of things I hadn't, well in advance so in all the chaos I had one less thing to worry about. Would we like pictures in the dressing rooms before, could she take some from the front of the church during the ceremony, who were special people to get additional pictures of, etc. She was very patient with my family, young children included, and offered suggestions that made the shots turn out perfectly. Once the pictures were developed, Laurel took the time to review them with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I was very appreciative of all her effort, experience and creativity!

Laurel is very aware of all the details involved when doing a photo shoot.  The lighting, the setting, the composition, the subjects.  Her other skills concerning hair, make-up and clothing help her to enhance the ordinary.  I've had the privilege of watching her work on some of her projects and there are so many little things to consider when choosing the best picture.  It takes skill and commitment and Laurel is to be commended.  Thanks for our photo shoot, I had a lot of fun.

We have had several photography sessions with Laurel, most involving our daughter who is now a toddler.  I adore Laurel's style of photography and that she can adapt to whatever we need, whether a more professional indoor setting or an outdoor organic setting, and the finished product is always exactly what I hoped for.  Every session has been an adventure and she has met the challenges of photographing a baby/toddler with exceptional quality.  We always get amazing photos and of course the quality is nothing short of perfection!  There is a true art to photography and being able to produce a finished product that captures the essence of the moment you were living at the time you were captured on film.  Laurel has this art!  I appreciate working with her and thoroughly enjoy the quality of her work.

Laurel has taken our family photos for the last three years. She takes very high quality photos and does her best to make each individual in the photo look their best. She has dealt with the challenge of having our energetic Jack Russell Terrier in each photo and has somehow managed to get a great shot of us each time. This year we added the challenge of a four week old baby to the pot and yet again she rose to the challenge. Our photos were excellent and I look forward to the next ones she takes!!!
