A student of life and photography, I (Laurel) love capturing the true essence, the real personality, of those I photograph. I'm especially fond of candid and/or black and white images, close-ups, and Photoshop.Around age nine, I began to see the world through a new lens when I received my first camera, a purple point-and-shoot, courtesy of my grandma.
